After three years of leadership at COMET, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Diane Trentini will resign at the end of November. In her letter to the COMET board Diane writes, “I am proud of our company’s efforts to improve COMET profitability, leverage new business processes and systems, update and evolve our marketing and sales practices, hire and develop our dedicated employees, document and improve on our company information security program, evolve our engineering processes and architecture, and build a product roadmap to support important community needs, particularly improved data collection, data reporting and school-age and whole child health collaborations.”
Diane plans to continue supporting initiatives such as the Monroe County Systems Integration project and All Kids Thrive, and welcomes future opportunities to work with the teams at COMET and Children’s Institute, continuing support as a director on the COMET board and member of the COMET Advisory board. She emphasizes that she remains a committed member of the community and looks forward to the continued success of COMET as the team follows their roadmap, defining and developing product offerings.
Diane’s letter continues, “As a company leader, quality manager, engineer and integrator, I have devoted my career to passionately working for the best solution to a situation. And at COMET, there is nothing more important than helping to make sure that children are on a path to success, before school, in school and beyond. The last three years have provided me a transforming experience and have taught me much about the important community work being done throughout Greater Rochester and the nation. I deeply appreciate the work we’ve done together.”
The COMET team is excited for Diane and remains positioned well to serve our customers with leadership from CEO Lenny Gingello, in partnership with the Children’s Institute, led by Executive Director, Ann Marie White, Ed.D. When asked about Diane, Lenny stated, “Diane’s passion and caring for the community is clear, and her expansive experience in several domains has been vital in developing COMET’s product roadmap of improvement as we continue to serve our community. I know I speak for the entire team in wishing Diane much happiness in whatever she undertakes and wishing nothing but the best the world has to offer to Diane and her lovely family.”
